Spring Sale of Work and
Plant Sale to Help For release 18 March 2003 A date for your diary. The Irish Peatland Conservation Council are holding the Save the Bogs Sale of Work and Plant Sale on Saturday 26th April at Christ Church Hall, Rathgar, Dublin 6. The doors will open at 10 am, admission is Euro 2 per adult, children are free and everyone is welcome. If you would like to help this event, IPCC are looking for donations of goods to sell at the Sale of Work - so why not clear out any unwanted 'clutter' and donate it to the sale. Any items you have can be delivered to IPCC's office at 119 Capel Street, Monday-Friday 10am to 5 pm. Even if you have nothing to donate IPCC would like to invite you to attend the Spring Sale of Work and support the event and the work we are doing to conserve the bogs of Ireland. You could even help out as a volunteer on a stand. IPCC hope that the 2003 Spring Sale of Work will raise in the region of Euro 7,000 to fund a water survey project on Fenor Bog Co Waterford, and the Hop to It Frog Survey being undertaken by the IPCC throughout Ireland this year.
