Spring Sale of Work and Plant Sale Helps raise Euro 6,000 for the Save the Bogs Campaign

With the support of everyone who donated goods and all the volunteers who helped out at the IPCC's Sale of Work and Plant Sale in Christ Church Rathgar on the 26 April, we were successful in raising Euro 6,000 for this years Save the Bogs Campaign. IPCC would like to thank all those who helped make this day such a great success.

IPCC will of course be holding another Spring Sale of Work in 2004. So keep us in mind if you are de-junking at home or in the office, or if you would like to be a volunteer next year. We accept donations of items all year round.

Help us by donating any of the following:

o Potted plants; seedlings or gardening books
o Unwanted gifts
o Jewellery
o Books
o Bric-a-Brac/white elephant
o Children's toys and games
o Antiques
o Cosmetics
o Home Produce - cakes, tinned foods, jams, chutneys
o Handicrafts - knitted items, cushions, flower arrangements
o Pottery and ceramics
o Records, tapes and CD's
