Gardening DIY Workshop
Composting with Worm Bins

Monday 29 April 2002 - 10am-2pm, ENFO Centre,
17 St Andrew Street, Dublin 2.

This DIY composting workshop aims to provide participants with practical
know how on how to set up and manage a worm composting scheme in their own
home or community. All participants will receive the components of a worm
bin to set up at home.

The workshop is being run as part of IPCC's peat-free garden campaign which
aims to keep peat in the bog and encourage home composting.

3. Case study - Crampton Buildings community composting scheme - Sadhbh O'

4. Demonstration - how to set up and use a domestic worm composting bins -
Peter Foss IPCC

5. Questions and Answers - Common problems and how to get on-going help -
Peter Foss

6. Worm composting starter-kits: each participant will be given a
vermicomposting system to take away with them after the course.
