Volunteer application form

Before you fill in this form and return it to us please make sure that you have read the information for volunteers we have prepared in the sections dealing with what What we expect from you and can offer in return and the section dealing with your Volunteer rights and responsibilities.

When you have read these - and only then - complete this form. Once we receive your form our volunteer co-ordinator Catherine O'Connell will use the information to help us plan future activities and decide on how best to allocate your energy. She may also contact you to discuss further details of you volunteer involvement or mail you about forthcoming events from time to time.

There are two ways to tell us about yourself.

1. You can get a printout of this form - fill in the blanks and send it to us in the post to: IPCC Volunteers Co-Ordinator, Bog of Allen Nature Centre, Lullymore, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

2. Alternatively you can send us an electronic version of the form by e-mail. First copy the form then click here to obtain the IPCC email address. Paste the form into the email and you can then type in your responses to our questions and send it to us electronically.
